Οι ΚαμπΉλες είμαστε μια ανοιχτή ομάδα γυναικών που συναντιόμαστε για να γιορτάσουμε μαζί τις ΚΑΜΠΥΛΕΣ που αποκτούμε σε μια ΚΑΜΠΗ της ζωής μας και να αντιμετωπίσουμε συλλογικά, με τα καλλιτεχνικά και επιστημονικά εργαλεία που διαθέτουμε, το ιδιαίτερο κράμα σεξισμού και ηλικιακού ρατσισμού που επιχειρεί να κανονικοποιήσει τις θηλυκότητες που μεγαλώνουν στην κοινωνία μας. Συζητάμε, διαβάζουμε, γράφουμε, επεξεργαζόμαστε καλλιτεχνικά πρότζεκτς και επιθυμούμε να συνδεθούμε με άλλες συλλογικότητες και άτομα που δουλεύουν σε παρόμοιες κατευθύνσεις.
Ξεκινήσαμε το φθινόπωρο του 2022 στο TWIXTlab στο Παγκράτι με τις Ευγενία Βακαλοπούλου, ‘Αντα Διάλλα, Μαρούλα Παπαναστάση, Ελπίδα Ρίκου. Στη συνέχεια προστέθηκε η Ειρήνη Σκούρα. Από το 2023 η ομάδα, που μεγάλωσε και περιλαμβάνει κατά καιρούς διάφορα άτομα, συναντιέται σε τακτική βάση στο or.artspace.

KampΗeles (ΚαμπΗλες). Femininities Against Sexism and Ageism
A group/collective project hosted at or.artspace since 2022
We, KampΗeles (ΚαμπΗλες), are an open group of women who come together to celebrate the curves (καμπύλες) we acquire at a turning point (καμπή) in our lives and to collectively confront, using the artistic and scientific tools at our disposal, the unique blend of sexism and ageism that attempts to normalize the forms of femininity that emerge as we grow older in our society. We discuss, read, write, develop artistic projects, and hope to connect with other collectives and individuals working in similar directions.
We began in the fall of 2022 at TWIXTlab in Pagrati with Ada Dialla, Maroula Papanastassi, Elpida Rikou, and Eugenia Vakalopoulou. Eirini Skoura joined us later. Since 2023, the group—which has grown and includes various people from time to time—has been meeting regularly It meets regularly at or.artspace.
